I was able to learn how to use modern machinery, new techniques, skills and production methods. I was involved in the process of ordering, delivery, storage and rotation of stock, a vital aspect of any hospitality business. I was also introduced to the world of packaging and presenting finished products suitable for sale in the shop-front.
