During my work experience in 2013 with Burch & Purchese,
they catered for many festivals and events all over Melbourne.

Two of these were
'The Royal Melbourne Show' and
'TASTE of Melbourne'.


For the 'TASTE' event,
Burch and Purchese produced a massive ten thousand desserts !
